nên đã lỡ đầu tư phí 20$ line này
nên mình mở dispute với lý do là tài khoản mình bị hack
thì nó trả lời thế này

Please contact Payza so they can help you with this. That's the only way you can get your money back. If Payza finds your account been hacked they will reverse the payment and you'll have your money back so stop this dispute and contact Payza to have them take care of this. Thank you.

thì mình trả lời lại là nếu ko có ảnh hưởng gì đến site thì refund lại số tiền cho mình

hat doesn't matter. You need to contact Payza to tell them this payment was unauthorized. Why you refuse the follow the rules? I already told you the only way is to contact Payza and tell them about this and they will investigate. You're only wasting time sending messages here. If you contacted Payza already they would probably already reversed the payment and you would have your money back already but you keep sending messages here which is useless. In the user agreement of Payza it states clearly if a payment was unauthorized you need to report that to them so just follow the rules.

cậu cứ trả lời lại nó thế, kệ nó, để hết 15 ngày thì PZ nó sẽ giải quyết nếu nó không refund chứ ko phải gửi mail cho PZ đâu
