I am emailing you today because I received the check back from somebody who wrote There is no such person at this address
on the check. It was not returned by the post office but rather from
somebody who opened the envelope saw the check and wrote directly on it.
You did participate in the survey and you are entitled to this check
and send it out to you. If you would please provide me with an address to which I can send this out I would gladly send it back out.
