tên mình là Đỗ Văn Toán nhưng khi lập paypal lại đặt tên có dấu là "văn toán đỗ".
mình đã up ID và hóa đơn liên quan để nhờ paypal sửa tên nhưng pp mail về báo tên đã trùng không cần sửa lại.
