Đến tối thì neobux bị suspended do paypal lấy lại tiền, gửi mail cho neo thì họ bảo chỉ cần paypal trả lại tiền sẽ mở lại tài khoản cho.
Thế mà đến sáng nay paypal gửi lại bức thư như thế này

Ai giúp tớ với, tài khoản đã verify sao lại còn bị như vậy.
Tớ đã chụp CMTND và hóa đơn điện thoại up lên, hóa đơn điện thoại là tên mẹ tớ, đã giải thích, thay đổi mật khẩu và câu hỏi bảo mật cũng làm, nhưng khi up CMT và proof hóa đơn kia vẫn không thấy gì ở khung yêu cầu, nó vẫn báo chờ trả lời, trong khi mình đã sent đến 4 lần.
