I think there is somethings wrong here

Here is your PPD rates:

100 cent make 1 Dollar so
1 cent = 0.01 $

Suppose that I got 1 download of 250MB file from tier 2 country then that 1 download value

10/1000 = 0.01$

it is already 1 cent. So, if I got download of 250MB file from tier 1 then it still 0.01 dollar or 350MB file then it's still 0.01 dollar. Please fix your PPD rate

btw, if 1 IP download from, let say, 3 different files then it is counted 3 download, right?
