Giúp đỡ mình paypal limited vì lý do mua domain ở yahoo coupon bị từ chối !!

Tình hình là em dùng paypal để mua domain ở yahoo 1.99$ 1 lần bị từ chối vì info nick yahoo không trùng sau đó em sữa info lại trùng rồi mua tiếp cả 2 giao dịch đang ở pending .. tự nhiên hôm nay vào cái bị limited nhờ mọi người chỉ giúp em với thanks !
