Hỏi về phí trừ tiền khi Verified tài khoản paypal

Em dùng thẻVisa Debit của OceanBank để Verified tài khoản.Hôm qua em Verified thành công thì thấy trong log giao dịch Internet banking bị 2 phí 1 phí là 1 USD,1 phí là 1.95USD.Hôm sau em đăng nhập vào paypal thì tài khoản vẫn báo Verified nhưng yêu cầu em cập nhật lại địa chỉ thẻ giống với lúc đăng ký.Em edit lại update thành công xong thì nhận được tin nhắn trừ thêm 1USD trong tài khoản nữa.Có ai rành giải thích giúp em với bị trừ tính ra hơn 80k rồi....

Why have I been charged with an extra USD 1 for my purchase?
The 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal. Nghĩa là sau 30 ngày nó sẽ refund số tiền 1USD đó.Có ai xác nhận dùm chuyện này phát qua nay 3 lần rồi (Trừ hơn 100k) mà email cứ báo "your PayPal transaction was declined"
