Thời gian vứa qua rất nhiều member của trên thế giới ( trong đó có cả VN ) gặp rất nhiều vấn đề với Payza (PZ) trong giao dịch, qua tìm hiẻu mình đã có câu trả lời chính thức từ PZ. ( các bạn dùng google dịch nhé )
Cũng xin lưu ý với Ae là lên xác minh tài khoản PZ trước khi giao dịch để tránh những rắc rối về sau .

We would like to sincerely apologize to all of you who have been on hold for far too long or have been waiting forever to receive a reply to your support ticket. We are truly sorry for this frustrating time. We want to reassure you that we are taking major steps to get this resolved:

We are doubling our Customer Support team by hiring more than 30 specialists.
We have also hired more Verification and Processing staff.
We are continuing to hire and train more staff every day.
We are increasing the number of phone lines into our Customer Support Center (which will reduce the busy tones some customers may have been hearing lately).
Everyone at Payza is working overtime and on weekends to meet this increase in demand.
We kindly ask all our members to please try to remain patient as we try to answer your phone call or email as fast as we possibly can. In the meantime, the following may help you receive an answer faster:

Search our FAQs – we are constantly updating them with more information and instructions
Make sure to submit your ticket to the proper support queue – we recently updated our ticket queuing system to improve efficiency
Please do not submit multiple tickets – it just adds to the outstanding queue
Please please please accept our sincerest apologies. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding (and know they are growing thin)!

Known Issues – as of June1, 2012

Below are list of recent issues of which we are aware and working to resolve as soon as possible:

Verification – Our verification team is working hard to catch up on the large number of verification documents that have been submitted for review. You may experience a delay of up to 10 additional business days for the process to be completed. Please note that if you are in the USA, you can now (June 1, 2012) also verify your account by adding your US bank account and verifying 2 micro-deposits.
Bank transfer & wire deposits – we are currently a little behind on re-processing bank transfers & wires where the customer did not initially provide the correct bank deposit code/reference number. Customers may experience an additional 3-5 business day delay for this process to be completed.
