I want to earn from swagbucks but never finds a way to make new swagbucks account with any VPS or IP , anyone earning from swagbucks here who can help me to earn .

No they dont block anything , but yes our IP is blacklisted

I think maybe swagbucks have temporary error. You can try to ask they support.
