Do đợt vừa rồi hay fake ip đăng nhập vào TK Skrill. bị nó cho : "restricted for security reasons" gửi email cho nó, nó đã phản hồi lại như sau :

Our security systems have detected unusual login activities in your Skrill account. In order to protect you, we have temporarily restricted some payment options.



To get things back to normal, please change your account password and primary email address and disable any secondary email addresses.



To change your account password you should login, go to 'Settings' and click on the ‘Edit’ link next to your password, then choose a new one. To change your primary email address, please follow these steps:



1) Login, then go to 'Settings'

2) Click the ‘Edit’ link for the email addresses list

3) Fill in new email address in the designated field and click on the ‘Add’ link. You may then verify the newly added email address by clicking on the ‘Verify’ link next to it.

4) Now make this your primary email address by clicking on the ‘primary’ link next to the address.

5) "Remove" button located next to email address - [email protected]



Finally, using your newly selected email address, please send us:

• a colour copy (scan or a camera image) of both sides of a valid official identification document (your identity card or driving licence), or the personal pages of your current passport
• a copy of a document verifying your name and address, issued in the past three months. That could be a household utility bill or a bank statement, for example

Please note that documents containing credit card information cannot be accepted because of PCI DSS* compliance requirements designed to protect you against fraud.

If you have any troubles adding a new email address to your account, we will be happy to assist and do it manually for you. To do so, along with the requested documents, please send us a picture or a scan of a hand written declaration from the newly chosen email, stating the following:

"I, the undersigned, [your first name last name], confirm that I authorize skrill.com to change primary e-mail address from [your current primary email address] to [the new email address]” (signature).

Skrill là cực kì chậm chạp, có khi còn méo thèm reply lại khách hàng. Hỗ trợ chán nhất trong mấy đồng tiền ảo mình dùng.
