At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive payments. Funds in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about withdrawing your funds.

Per the User Agreement, PayPal may permanently limits your account due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. From the date of this email, any funds in your account will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, we'll contact you with information on how to withdraw any money in your PayPal account if there's no outstanding legal issue on your account.
You still remain liable for all obligations related to your account. Should your account balance falls below zero as a result of any chargebacks, reversals or claims, you'll need to settle the full amount owed to PayPal to avoid further action.
Customers who are permanently limited for violating the Acceptable Use Policy are not permitted to use PayPal services and are not permitted to open new or additional PayPal accounts.

Đợi 180 ngày rồi rút tiền ra thôi, tk bị vậy là hết đường cứu chữa do đã vi phạm điều khoản khi sử dụng Paypal
Có 3 lí do sau khiến bị 180 days
- Là tk mới thường xuyên đăng nhập với nhiều IP khác nhau
+) lần 1 limit lấy thông tin xác minh cảnh cáo (Không qua ăn 180 days luôn)
+) lần 2 ăn 180 days
-Tài khoản nhận nhiều khoản thanh toán bẩn hoặc bị tố cáo gian lận/lừa đảo (DISPUTE)
- Tài khoản chưa đủ thông tin xác thử + thường xuyên chuyển tiền nhiều lần bất chấp việc Paypal đã ngăn chặn.
