Paypal phân biệt thời gian lập acc

Mình có 2 acc Paypal, 1 cái lập cỡ 2009 (vừa gỡ limit thành công), một cái mới lập. Hôm nay thấy paypal gửi mail cho acc cũ hỏi ý kiến mà không gửi cho mail mới. Hoá ra nó coi trọng đồ cổ hơn đồ mới.
