I understand that you would like to stop the automatic transfer (auto-sweep) set on your PayPal account every first day of every month.
Currently, PayPal accounts in Honduras cannot use their balance as a funding source for your payments. This is the reason why account holders in your country were being asked to set up their account for automatic transfer. I know it may not met your approval but I do hope you will understand that this decision was made in accordance with the financial regulation in your country.
If you do not wish to have your available balance be transferred automatically to the Visa card you selected, you may also withdraw payments from your available balance at any time however there will be a charge of $5.00 USD for each transaction. You may completely turn off this feature though but please be reminded that this will also remove the capability of your PayPal account to receive money not unless the payment you received is a ‘Mass Payment’.
