Cái này hình như kh phải dispute,mà là giao dịch có vấn đề,nên pp tạm giử,yêu cầu bạn cung cấp thêm thông tin giao dịch,chắc pp bên kia có vấn đề

Cái đó phải cung cấp thông tin gd , bạn phải liên lạc với bên gd để lấy những thứ PP cần . nếu không cứ để yên vậy nó sẽ tự động mất đi và $ hoàn lại bên gửi $ cho bạn

nhiều khi không phải bên kia đòi lại tiền đâu.Nếu pp bên gửi tiền bị limit thì pp của bạn cung bị thằng pp nó mở điều tra cái đó đó.Mình cũng bị 1 lần chuyển tiền từ acc phụ sang acc chính đó.
