1. ID Verification - government issued, non-expired, UNALTERED photo ID showing expiry and birth dates
2. Address Verification - recent phone bill matching the name, phone number & address in your profile
You may send these documents to [email protected].
Once you do so, please allow for up to 14 business days for your account to be updated and allowed access.
