Các bác cho em hỏi tí, Paypal em đã veri rồi, em mới làm thêm cái thẻ từ Visa prepair khác của ACB và add thêm vào Paypal, mà nó báo lỗi thế này là sao , có ai gặp trường hợp như thế chưa vậy.

cái này thường là do card của bạn k có tiền để nó verify.nạp vô thêm khoảng 100k thì ok
