Angry Booty Cat is usually because people use a proxy to use the web as if you're in a different country, which we don't allow. You can use Tapbooty only using the web on an ip that corresponds with your actual country of residence. If you're using a proxy, switch to your "natural" ip and give it another try!
If you are using your "natural" IP address, there still might be a problem with that IP address. If you can, try logging in from another internet connection, for example, at a coffee shop, a friend's house, or a university. If this fixes the problem, then the issue is likely that your IP address has a problem, and you should contact your Internet Service Provider to change your IP address. Or, if this issue just started happening when you were using Tapbooty in a new location, then it's possible that location has a problematic IP address.
Another issue is: Did you by any chance install an app called "Hotspot Shield VPN —Best VPN for Wi-Fi Security, Privacy, Save Data and Unblock Sites" or an app called "Onavo Protect - VPN Security"? If you did, you will need to completely remove those apps from your phone and then you should be able to use Tapbooty again. This applies to any "VPN" or "IP" or "Proxy" related app.
