For MPW & HPW
1. MPW (Medium Productivity Workers), if your productivity is in between 19.5% to 69.5%, then you are considered as MPW.
2. HPW (High Productivity Workers), if your productivity is in greater than 69.5%, then you are considered as HPW.
3. On your homepage, go to activities -> work, then you can check your productivity here.
4. Only cow farms and pig farms is categorized as LPW companies.
5. MPW & HPW are not allowed to work in LPW type of companies. Failure to do so your bonus rewards will be deducted accordingly.
6. Work bonus is 100 ARI for those workers who works at least twice a day for 3 continuous days.
7. Working for ahlui88's companies twice a day will give you 1 gold extra bonus rewards, based on your productivity, and the wages offered by ahlui88's companies
8. Working overtime for ahlui88's companies will give you 1 gold extra bonus rewards, based on your productivity and the wages offered by ahlui88's companies.
9. For example,
if your productivity is 80%,
the wages offered by ahlui88's companies is 1.2 ARI / hour,
work 3 times in ahlui88's companies daily,
you will get
(1 gold (twice a day) + 1 gold (overtime)) * 0.8 * 1.2 = 1.92 golds
10. You may get minimum 37.5 golds in total for 15 days cycle, if your productivity is 100% for 15 days continuously, and work overtime every day.
11. Advises for MPW (Medium Productivity Workers) and HPW (High Productivity Workers)
- Join Official Madagascar Workers organization for productivity boost.
- Buy newspaper for energy boost.
- Buy meals, beers, wines, milk jugs, coffee for energy boost.
- Stay in homeless shelter for energy boost, or rent a house in Madagascar if there is any.
- Working 3 times a day.
