Huy Bùi has posted a message in the Resolution Center regarding this
dispute.
Log in to your PayPal account and visit the Resolution Center to review the
seller's message and post a response.
If you would like to escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim, you must do
so before May 2, 2013 or it will automatically close. A closed dispute
cannot be reopened or escalated to a claim.
To learn more about PayPal's dispute resolution process, log in to your
account and click the Tutorials link on the Resolution Center tab.
