Our team has always prioritized the ease and convenience of sending and receiving payments in onBux, but due to severe problems related to suspicious activity between accounts (multi-accounts) and widespread violations of our Terms of Service, we are changing the way that the payments will be sent from onBux.
From this moment, all payments will be reviewed and sent manually, so we can restrict the actions of this "bad guys" and people who are making money illegally.
We understand the inconvenience that this can cause and for this reason, we increased our team to try to expedite the identification of each person and their attitudes toward onBux.
This measure had to be taken by many payments being made to people with bad intentions, harming innocent and honest members who got profit without violating the Terms of Service from onBux.
The percentage of hacker attempts increased by 70% in the last two weeks and unfortunately we saw no other way to ensure the success of honest members.
Therefore, all payments pass from instantaneous to a period between 24/48 business hours to be reviewed and sent ( there will be some members on the white list will continue to receive it instantly) - no need to ask for a quick release, since this is the new measure of our service.
This is the new rule for payments, but we intend to return to the normal ( instantaneous payments) after the situation be normalized and this big number of accounts identified and neutralized.
We ask for understanding of all innocent members that will have to go through this evaluation, but we appreciate the correct understanding of the issue, since this is in favor of the system, keeping it stable and giving profits to the honest members.
